Bungalow Extension | Wolverhampton

ICI Architecture Studio was appointed by one of our residential clients to transform a recent investment project for a semi-detached Bungalow in Wolverhampton.

The project included a L shaped extension and extensive landscaping scheme.

The project had secured planning consent after creating a permitted development fallback position utilising the larger homes scheme.

The site featured its own unique challenges with a mine shaft located in the adjacent street.

Therefore the L shaped extension achieved the most suitable and cost effective deliverables for our client whilst framing more of the garden space.
