ICI Architecture Studio was appointed by DVLS Developments Ltd to help them with the transformation on their latest investment.
The property was a former vacant day center operated by Age Concern UK.
As the property had been vacant for a significant period and had so much potential we opted to convert it into self-contained flats.
A prior approval application was submitted to secure the change of use.
A full plans application was then submitted to complete the re roofing, new openings, demolition and landscaping works.
