ICI Architecture Studio was appointed by one of our private developer clients in Birmingham to assist with their latest acquisition at Lilly Lane in Birmingham.
The project was purchased in an auction and experienced significant fire damage and further issues due to antisocial behavior (from the property being vacant).
The property was stripped back to bear brick and planning was granted for a 2 storey side extension.
