- Reconfiguration of existing floor plans.
- Demolition of existing Kitchen (currently in a conservatory).
- New Master Bedroom suite for the client.
What we did?
ICI Architecture Studio conducted a measured survey of the property to create a 3D Model of the existing.
We then set the client up on Pinterest so we can learn about their likes and dislikes to develop the footprint of the scheme.
We explored different layout options to achieve the balance of an open-plan Kitchen, Dining and living space to adapt to family life.
The new Master Bedroom Suite comprised of a Dressing Room and a large ensuite complete with a Master Bedroom and glazed elevation fronting onto the views beyond.
ICI Architecture Studio Secured Householder Planning Application for this development on the first submission without compromise to the clients objectives or deliverables.
The use of 3D modeling helped to address the neighbour's and local authority's concerns regarding viewpoints from the internal balcony.
ICI Architecture Studio were appointed to assist our private clients who had recently purchased a former pub and transformed it into a 4 bedroom family home.
The original property featured a conservatory that was used for the Kitchen making it too hot in summer and freezing in winter.
We proposed a 2 storey rear extension creating an open plan Kitchen, Dining and Lounge area and new First Floor Master Suite for our Clients featuring a Dressing Room, Ensuite and Master Bedroom with panoramic views across the Staffordshire Countryside.
