Building Regulations Simplified.
Part L of the Building Regulations sets the levels of thermal insulation required when carrying out refurbishments, extensions or new builds. These regulations apply to both domestic and non-domestic projects. These are expressed as U-values and have different targets for different applications such as the roof, floors and walls.
Domestic Projects Target U Values - England Only from June 2022:
