01 Free Initial Consultation

To get the most out of your session we ask for copies of all of the legal packs to be reviewed to check for any restrictive covenants and any other important information we need to be aware of.
In some instances your conveyancers will have already carried out some of the checks saving you time and money.
04 - Scheme Proposals
Once all of the data has been gathered we will start to create a 3D model of the proposals together with preparation of any technical details and reports needed as required for your project.

02 Proposed Scope of works
After our initial consultation we will carry out some
additional checks and then prepare a detailed scope of works in order to achieve your projects objectives.

This will guide you from A-Z on what needs to be carried out and the reasons behind our recommendations.

Our fee schedules are included and we predominantly work on the basis of a 50% deposit, 25% interim payment and 25% at the final stages.

05 Review & any changes
We will arrange a meeting with you to go through our proposals and make any changes you wish to make.
