With easy transport links to city centres and 1000s of spaces on site Alderley Park is convenient for all of our clients and suppliers making it the perfect location to work, rest and play.
About us..
Back in 2013 I started as an Apprentice at a local Architectural Practice within Staffordshire Moorlands where I gained practical and hands on experience from day one and studied at the University of Derby where I graduated with a BSc Architectural Technology & Practice degree that was CIAT Accredited (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists). ​

In November 2020 I launched ICI Architecture Studio after analyzing clients trends and where things could be improved within the sector.
​
A lot of clients can see 2D plans but not necessarily understand or appreciate the spaces or what they can do with them.
​
Off the back of this we made a commitment as to whether our clients are domestic or commercial all of our work would be produced in 3D with virtual reality included so they can see it, experience it before they commit to it.
​
By Christmas 2020 we had been appointed on over 47 projects ranging from Theme Park & Leisure Attractions abroad to small domestic conversions.
​
By April 2021 we were appointed on over 118 projects supported by Awards we won from Reach PLC and National Startup awards for services within the Construction and Building Sector.

Being Realistic | Planning timelines:
Once an application has been submitted to a local authority on average it takes 4-6 months for allocation and then a further 8 weeks for a decision notice to be produced.

This is due to increased Council pressures and limited resources.
